St. Lucie County: Josh Harwell
of Reef Inovations rides on the crane to pull a pin out of a buoy after a
reef ball is dropped into the water at Bear Point Mitigation Bank on
Thursday. The project is being implemented by the St. Lucie County Mosquito
Control District and will enable scientists to monitor fish movements and
